Maid Services Inc. guarantees your satisfaction. Our main responsibility is to clean and maintain the beauty of your home. We strive to make your house a showplace at which others will marvel. We are committed to providing the level of service that was agreed upon at our initial estimate. Maid Services Inc. is also responsible for notifying the client of any scheduling change that the office may have to make. As Always, at Maid Services Inc. the client has the respect of all our cleaning professionals and office staff.
Maid Services Inc. is licensed, bonded and insured. In addition, it is our responsibility to give the client an honest and fair resolution of any problems with the cleaning, and full resolution of any breakage caused by Maid Services Inc. cleaning professionals by providing subsequent cleaning services equivalent to the fair market value of the property in question.
Maid Services Inc. will supply all the equipment necessary for your Regular Maid Services. For your Safety and Control, we ask that our clients supply the cleaning liquids which we will give you a checklist of products. For Move-In and Move-Out we supply both the equipment and cleaning supplies.
Client Responsibilities
Maid Services Inc. must have access to your home. If you are a Maid Service client we will ask to have a key (we are licensed, bonded, and insured) to clean on your scheduled day. Client will leave all cleaning supplies out on the kitchen counter or on the kitchen floor. It will be expected that you will provide our cleaning professionals with a reasonable “Clutter Free” and safe working environment. Client is also responsible for the restraint and safety of their pets. While our cleaning professional will not carelessly leave doors open, they do have to hold the door open to enter and carry in the equipment.
Cleaning professionals will not cleanup animal excrement, both for sanitary and safety reasons. Cleaning professionals cannot clean if the water or electricity is not in operation. If the electricity happens to go out during the cleaning we will complete all that we can for that cleaning.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with the cleaning, please inform the office immediately. It is important that you do so since it is difficult for Maid Services Inc. to improve our service unless we know of the problem. If a customer feels that they did not receive a “good cleaning,” we will send our cleaning professionals back to re-clean the problem area at no additional cost. In order to provide you with fair pricing, the day of your cleaning we expect payment left on kitchen counter or credit card information to keep in our files.
