If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll happily come back and re-clean the areas that you’re unsatisfied with and clean them again at no additional charge
We guarantee our work and the job is only finished when you are completely satisfied.
You may choose the following options:
- Loan us a copy of the key. (see our next FAQ for key security details)
- Leave us a key in a safe place each visit
- Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes to be 7777
By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for all parties is for you to give us a key and alarm codes.
Your key is tagged, numbered, and secured in locked key storage cabinet to which only the office manager has access. The key is checked out to the assigned Driver on the day of your cleaning. The Driver will return the key at the end of the day and management will check the key back into the secured cabinet. In the unlikely event your key is lost, we will replace your keys.
We work in teams of one to three people. One of whom is a Driver (supervisor). One – two person teams prove to be the most efficient because each can concentrate on a specific task while in your home. Click here to view our Tasks
We make every effort to assign the previous team in your home. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to illness. The Driver’s job is to learn your home and to train the team members to deliver the quality that you would expect.

Team members are trained before they’re permitted to enter your home. Training continues as we learn about new products/methods and to reinforce prior training. Each team includes a Driver to see that cleaning tasks are correctly completed.

Our team leaves a information sheet with names of the team that cleaned your house and list of cleaning supplies if needed after each cleaning. We also provide significant incentives to all our staff for the quality of their work judged by our clients. Should there ever be a problem, call us and we will correct it.
